Quick Note App Reviews

Downloaded the app and then didnt want it anymore so removed it, and now in my app store it keeps saying i have a update for it but i dont even have it installed. how can i fix that.

I downloaded to my version 10.6.8 mac book pro but it is not working.

I used to enjoy this app simply because of its notetaking purpose. But recently, it just stopped opening. I wanted to see some notes I had writen down and it just woulndt open at all. I tried uninstalling the app and then installing it again but the same thing kept happening so I just deleted the app for good. I have the 10.8.4 version and I am very disappointed with it. Im thinking the NOTES app that comes with this software would be a better alternative to Quick Note.

This app semms like it could be extemely useful seeing as it is very easy to use and clean. However, I open it up to start a new note and it crashes in the middle of it. I end up loosing all of the information that I had in the note and the info i nonrecoverable after the app crashes amd shuts itself down. If only this app ACTUALLY worked it would be so useful for class and many other things.

This app worked fine until the recent update. Im using OS X 10.8.5 and it keeps crasing at start up. Too bad, this was usefull notepad that I kept on my desktop to jot notes down. Hope the developers are working on a fix. Ill give it 5 stars once it starts up and works properly.

Since updated to Maverick, can’t print Quick Notes. Message appears: “This application is not allowed to print. Please contact your application vendor for an update.” I don’t see an update. How can I use the print function?

App crashed twice, lost my updates .. there wont be a third time; I dont recommend this App to anyone :

I made the mistake of using this app as a note pad for a lot of my important memos. Now that it has crashed and will no longer allow me to open it, all of that stuff is gone. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MESSAGES. Ridiculous that Apple would allow an app like this into the store.

Lost some very important information. Surely you guys can do better than this!!!

Works okay as a simple note taking app, it does not have reliable autosave and you will lose important notes. There is no option to save yourself before closing down. If you are using this for unimportant quick notes, it may be okay, but don’t type important information on this app that you can’t afford to lose
