What was once good is now crap

Ive spent countless hours trying to get this app back working, alternating between messages saying download from the account originally purchased from to failing to open after update, install, reinstall, etc. Others appear to have had similar problems (according to the Diigo support site) but no solutions are being offered. OS is 10.6.8 if that matters. Time to find a new solution to a simple problem. . .
