Quick Note impossible to update

Quick Note impossible to update since I continued to get a message to sign into another account to update it. The problem is that I have only one account!
I deleted it using AppClean and attempted to re-install, but the update notice continued to appear as well as instructions to sign into the account I used to purchase it. Frustrating!
