crashes, loses data, no support from company

Ill preface this by saying that I NEVER write reviews. But Im very, very upset with this application.

So I loved this app for a long time, and used it for everything. I stored all of my movie concepts, usernames, a rough expense sheet…a lot of very important/valuable/irreplacable ideas and stuff. Then one day the program just crashed while I was using it, and erased everything. Just gone. Now I hate using the application, because Im always afraid its going to delete everything again.

I tried going to their "support" page to ask where the data is stored on my computer so I can go look for it (Im surprised the preferences page wouldnt just tell you…), but they have a horrible support page. First, its not a support page. Go look at it. Its not clear that you can ask questions, as the page only asks for "ideas". Its also not clear where (what category) to post. Also, scrolling down through all of the questions, most of them are unanswered, which gives me little hope that Ill get an answer. Finally, they require you to register an account before you can post your question.

Moral of the story, dont put anything into Quick Note that you would not be okay with losing. Since the only reason I write stuff down is so that I wont lose it, my personal recommendation is not to use this application.
